About Working at DartSol
DartSol builds technology for businesses that want to work faster without losing control: law firms that spend hours chasing documents, sales teams copying leads between tools, managers rebuilding the same spreadsheet every week. The work starts with understanding how a process really runs, then deciding what should be automated, what should stay with people, and how to build it so it keeps working after launch.

What technical skills are relevant to DartSol's work?
Useful skills include TypeScript and JavaScript with React, Next.js and Node.js; Python for AI work; building with LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent frameworks such as LangGraph; automation tools such as n8n, Make and Zapier; REST APIs and databases; and cross-platform mobile development. Nobody is expected to know all of them.
