How much does business automation cost?

Which apps can you connect?
Most business apps that offer an API or an integration with Zapier, Make or n8n, including CRMs, email, forms, spreadsheets, calendars and chat tools. We confirm your apps can connect before quoting.
Do I need to pay for Zapier, Make or n8n?
Usually, yes. Most automation platforms charge a monthly plan based on usage. Those fees are paid directly to the platform, separately from our price, and we recommend a plan that fits your volume.
Can you automate larger, multi-step processes?
Yes. The starter package covers one workflow across up to three apps. For bigger business processes, we first map how the work flows today, then automate it step by step with approvals and exception handling built in. That work is quoted once we understand the process.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how quickly we get access to your apps and can test with your team. We agree a schedule in your quote and keep you updated as we go.
What if something changes after launch?
Your handover instructions explain what the workflow does and what to check. Ongoing support, monitoring and changes are optional and quoted separately.
